Hailing from Littleborough in Rochdale, Ben was a professional model before joining HOLLYOAKS in 2002. Cameron is Ben's first acting role. He's currently also studying music at college.

Ben originally auditioned for the role of Jake Dean, before being recalled for the part of Cameron.

Ben's a keen musician, and plays both guitar and drums. He's also in a band called Chairman Of The Bored, which he describes as "pop-punk".

In addition, Ben's into playing football and going out in Manchester with friends.
