Bowlee Community Park has only recently been developed.
The site offers a range of grassland and wetland areas as well as a good
internal access network. The site is of high value for ground nestling
birds such as Skylark and Lapwing. Within this 90 acre park is a sculpture
trail with carved rocks depicting key elements form the history of the site
itself and Middleton in general.
